3. Account Creation & Customer Responsibilities
3.1 Account Requirement – You must create an account to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
3.2 Security – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Product Information & Dietary Supplements

4.3 Storage & Handling – Supplements require proper storage. Jeemya is not responsible for improper storage or handling by customers.

5. Orders, Fulfillment & Shipping
5.1 Order Acceptance – Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
5.2 Third-Party Fulfillment – Jeemya uses third-party providers (e.g., Supliful) for packaging and shipping. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs inspections, or lost shipments.
5.3 Shipping Policies – All shipping, delivery estimates, fees, and risks of loss are governed by our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
5.4 Address Accuracy – Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues, additional fees, or lost shipments.
6. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
6.1 Subscription Terms – Subscription products are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis. Subscription charges are final for processed orders.
6.2 Cancellations – You may cancel subscriptions at any time for future shipments. Cancellation does not retroactively refund charges.
6.3 No Trials – No trial periods are offered.
7. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final except as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Exceptions apply only to damaged, incorrect, or missing products as described in that policy.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Accepted Methods – Payments are accepted via credit/debit card or approved payment gateways.
8.2 Processing – Payments are processed immediately upon order submission. Jeemya is not liable for delays or errors in payment processing.
8.3 Chargebacks – Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension, permanent refusal of service, or legal action.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership – All content on the website, including logos, product images, text, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Jeemya LLC or its licensors.
9.2 Limited License – You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, reproduction, distribution, or modification without written consent is prohibited.
9.3 User-Generated Content – If you submit reviews or comments, you grant Jeemya a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute such content.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.2 Health & Safety – Jeemya is not responsible for any health outcomes, allergic reactions, or adverse effects from product use.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeemya LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from misuse, unauthorized use, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Delays, lost shipments, or customs issues.
Maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification

14.2 Dispute Resolution – Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyoming. You consent to jurisdiction and venue in Wyoming.
