1. Overview & Legal Notice
Jeemya LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) sells dietary supplements and wellness products that are sealed, consumable, and sensitive to storage and handling conditions. Due to health, safety, and regulatory considerations, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.
This policy is governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the laws of the State of Wyoming.
2. No-Return Policy (Primary Rule)
We do not accept returns.
Because our products are dietary supplements and consumable goods that require controlled storage conditions (including but not limited to room temperature, humidity control, and protection from contamination), returned products cannot be verified for safety or resale.
This applies to:
- Opened products
- Unopened products
- Used or unused products
- Products claimed to have been properly stored after delivery
Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final and non-returnable, except in the limited circumstances outlined in Section 4.
3. Refund Policy (Strict & Limited)
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case, at our sole discretion.
3.1 Eligible Refund or Replacement Scenarios (U.S. Orders Only)
A refund or replacement may be considered only if:
- The product was damaged during transit, OR
- The incorrect product was shipped, OR
- An item was missing from the order
No other reasons qualify for refunds or replacements, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Taste, smell, texture, or personal preference
- Perceived lack of results
- Sensitivity or adverse reaction (individual responses vary)
- Improper storage after delivery
- Carrier delays once the order has shipped and tracking is provided
4. Reporting Issues (48-Hour Requirement)
To be eligible for review, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product(s) and outer packaging
- Description of the issue
- Proof of damage or fulfillment error, if applicable
Requests submitted after 48 hours will be automatically declined.
5. Condition Requirements (Unopened Products Only)
If a refund is exceptionally approved, all of the following must be met:
- Product remains sealed, unopened, and unused
- Original safety seals are fully intact
- Product shows no signs of tampering or alteration
- Storage and handling conditions are acceptable as determined solely by Jeemya LLC
We reserve the right to deny any refund if product integrity, safety, or storage conditions cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
6. Refund Method & Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less non-refundable payment processing and gateway fees, or
- Issued as store credit, at our discretion
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval.
Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the refund.
7. Return Shipping (If Exceptionally Authorized)
If a return is exceptionally authorized:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Unauthorized returns will be refused and may be discarded without refund.
8. International Orders (No Returns / No Refunds)
All international orders are final.
Due to customs regulations, cross-border logistics, and product safety concerns:
- No returns
- No refunds
- No replacements
This applies regardless of delivery delays, customs inspections, duties, or import restrictions. Customers are responsible for understanding their local import laws before placing an order.
9. Subscriptions (Final Sale)
All subscription orders are final sale once processed.
- Subscription charges are non-refundable
- Cancellations apply only to future shipments
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund
Subscription terms are incorporated by reference into this policy.
10. Refusal of Service & Abuse Prevention
Jeemya LLC reserves the right to:
- Refuse refunds or replacements
- Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts with excessive claims
- Deny service to customers suspected of abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation
11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Order cancellation
- Permanent refusal of service
We reserve the right to submit this policy, delivery confirmation, and supporting documentation to payment processors and card networks.
